This research project (2019 to 2022) on the Parish Church involved the Team studying the Museum's Collections and Archives together with several visits to the Church. These are some of their findings, more to follow.
The History of the Parish Church of St Michael the Archangel by Rev Carew Cox
The print copy of the 6th editionheld in the Museum and transcribed here is undated, but internal references show that it must have been written after 1939 and presumably before 1953 when the author left Lyme.
